Why Breathwork & Why Rhythm?
Many people don’t realise stress and anxiety are driven by the nervous system, not the mind alone.
Breath is one of the fastest ways to communicate safety to the body.
Using rhythm and drum gives the nervous system something steady to follow, making it easier to slow the breath and settle without effort.

I’m Nikkie Windsor, an Integrated Nutritionist and Breath Coach based in Shoreham-by-Sea and online.
My work focuses on the gut-brain connection, stress and nervous system regulation.
I combine nutrition, behaviour change and grounded, practical breathwork — supported by rhythm — to help people calm their bodies, soothe the gut and reclaim freedom in daily life.
